Stay positive you will overcome. My sister Susan has stage 4 Breast cancer as diagnosis with mets to lymph nodes, liver and lung and later developed a rare form call Medullary thyroid cancer. That was a couple of years later, she had 4 bone marrow transplant, chemo and radiation therapy, in which all were unsuccessful then she was given 2 months or less to live but she somehow battled her way back from the brink and the good new, she is in complete remission after taking natural medication we ordered from Herbalist Crist. Happy Nurses week to all the amazing Nurses at Boston Children's Hospital. Especially those on 9NW who were so kind and patient with sweet granddaughter Rylie from the day she arrived till her passing.
We just returned today from my son's jaw surgery performed yesterday. A huge thanks to Josh and Kaitlyn on Modell 3... you were so patient and kind with him... a world of thanks! ❤️

The history of cystic fibrosis diagnosis
In 1955, Dr. Harry Shwachman, head of Boston Children’s Cystic Fibrosis Clinic, developed the first practical sweat test to diagnose cystic fibrosis (CF). It involved encasing the patient’s body in a plastic bag to collect sweat, then using the pictured device to measure levels of salt in the sample. Cystic fibrosis causes sweat to be 2-5 times saltier than average. The sweat test allowed for much simpler and earlier diagnosis of CF, crucial to effective treatment. A version of it is still the main diagnostic tool used today.
