The Lowell Sun: Take warnings from pot study seriously

The Lowell Sun reports on a recent statement sent to lawmakers from 40 doctors and researchers at Harvard Medical School, Boston Children’s Hospital, and other medical institutions concerning the potential harm of recreation and medical pot. Sharon Levy, MD, MPH, says the hospital has seen a lot more psychosis related to marijuana use since pot was legalized, as well as long-term mental health issues associated with newer high-potency cannabis products such as vape cartridges, edibles, dabs and oils.
