Boston Herald: National Guard soldiers deliver toys for sick kids at Boston Children’s Hospital
December 16, 2019Boston Herald reports that more than 200 soldiers from the Massachusetts Army and Air National Guard marched 4.6 miles from Dorchester to Boston Children’s Hospital on Thursday to deliver toys, games, and gift cards to kids staying at the hospital over the holiday season. In addition to the gifts carried in soldiers’ sacks, two trucks filled with presents followed the Santa stand-ins during the ninth annual National Guard Toy Ruck March. Read more at the Boston Herald.
